With the ability to install Office apps on your devices and the access of 1TB of storage in your OneDrive, you also get Office Online. Office Online allows you to use Office applications in a web based form with full functionality as if it were installed on your computer. Below is a quick quick guide to accessing Office Online.
1. After you have signed into your Office 365 site you will have the option to access Office Online – You can do so by clicking on any of the application icons as shown below, this will open the app into an additional tab in your web browser.
2. Show here are the views of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You’ll notice the interface looks identical to that of Office 2013 installed on a PC. For Mac users, this will allow the use of the most current version of Office. You can click each to enlarge.
