Administrative Computing is responsible for planning, implementing, developing, and maintaining the information systems and tools that support the administrative functions of the college.
Infrastructure is responsible for the wired and wireless networks (including Internet connectivity), servers, and telecommunications systems on campus. In addition, the Infrastructure group leads overall IT security measures.
Technology Support provides assistance to end-users through the Help Desk for hardware and software problems; acquires, deploys and supports end-user computers as well as those in computer labs; and installs and supports information technology in classrooms and other teaching and learning spaces.
The Web Services office manages the Austin College website, and websites on the network.
