Any problem or question concerning an individual computer or the standard software used on it should be sent to the Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will quickly receive an email acknowledging your request, with a tracking number for the associated Help Desk ticket. For most tickets a member of our Help Desk team will contact you to gather more information and discuss the resolution. On some tickets we can resolve the issue based only upon the information you provide in the email to the Help Desk, so the more detail you provide the faster we can usually resolve the question or problem.
